Beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean and comfortable - with everything you need

The stairs up to the sitting area were quite steep. i would emphasize this was not the fault of the property but rather an issue for me who is a bit wobbly!

It was spot on for our cycling weekend. Very spacious and all the amenities you'd expect. Very peaceful location. Given the relative remoteness, the internet was really good. Good heating and hot water. With a car very easy to get to all the popular local places. The owners were very helpful and communicative.

There was nothing I didn't like. The directions were very good, but we arrived late at night and whilst we found the road to the property, identifying the actual property wasn't straightforward - but I don't always read instructions! The property is quite remote (it's the Grampians, I get that) you a need to car to go anywhere. It wouldn't be safe to walk to Dunkeld along the main road, but perhaps there are footpaths if you have time. This isn't a criticism, just an observation that may be useful for others,

Beds were soft . Previous person had left broken lamp with shards of glass sticky out for owners attention wasn't taken when cleaned .dog wasn't allowed in livingroom.
