The location was great and the room was large with generous storage space. The bed was comfortable, the soaking tub is a nice extra. Before my stay, communication with the owner was smooth and helpful. Also located in a cool old townhouse.
There is no reception after 7PM so getting in after was a little challenging. I was provided good and clear directions but when I first walked in it was very dark (only motion controlled lights) it was a bit scary. The building was nice, but not the level of presentation one might expect from a hotel that is billed as luxury (e.g., dresser missing a handle, shabby carpet). The AC was functional though weak. I got through ok with it though.

Location. Olena, the manager, was lovely and helpful.
Claims to be a 5 star luxury hotel and spa but is actually 4 dated rooms within a family home. Most of the facilities listed on Booking do not exist on-site at the property. There is no restaurant, swimming pool or spa. It’s a not very good B&B being misrepresented as a luxury hotel. We did not enjoy our stay and felt cheated by the disingenuous owners. Don’t be fooled.
