The location. Right on the beautiful Cours Mirabeau
I booked four rooms. Our suite was wonderful but my other friends experienced rudeness from the staff, and one friend had some broken items which were not fixed. It would also have been good to have a fridge I the room which none of us had.

Very central location and well decorated room
The bathroom was dirty and the shower was even worst! Definitely too expensive for the offer!
