Great town location in with the action.
Our room was very hot due to aircon problems. Breakfast could have been better.

The historic Abbey was beautiful
The music played in the lobby should be in keeping with the Abbey and its classical history.

I stayed in Aix for a conference and the hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has great character and was very comfortable. A nice continental breakfast in the morning and the hotel is in a perfect Central location. I will certainly be coming back with my family.

Location was wonderful - great dinner recommendations
Reserved through Booking.com months ago… we arrived early to confirm and check our bags were advised that our room had been upgraded… in fact a double upgrade…when we returned later to check in… again advised of double upgrade to a larger suite…only to find that when we went to suite it had not been cleaned from night before… front desk arranged for another suite… at level we had first reserved…in end got what we paid for… but disappointed at the lack of upgrade as promised
