Price was ok, but you can get definitely get more central and modern apartments for the same price.

I saw this place on Booking and read the reviews which were all positive. I gave it a shot and am very glad I did! I just finished a week in Bangkok and did not want a hotel, but a studio-type of place. This place is in a residential area that is close enough to landmarks (by taxi), and surrounded by vendors, 7 elevens and an awesome bakery called Ponmaree (try the nut and raisin tarts!) and next door is a woman who made me a lovely Thai breakfast for 60-70THB). It is a quiet, safe neighborhood and the building was very peaceful. My room was quite big for a solo traveler (comfy bed, small sofa, tv,fridge and desk). Everything was clean. There is security outside and he was kind enough to show me to their laundry room where I was allowed to do laundry for free. Staff is available through messaging apps like Line or Whatsapp. No one bothered me my whole stay and it was very relaxing and affordable! Would definitely book again!

Only a few times during the day, I heard drilling next door for a few minutes, but that was it. The rest of my time in my room was very quiet.

I liked how it had a private bathroom and had a firmer bed than most hotels, as someone with back problems this was a life saver, also likes they give you free water bottles to drink and toilet paper/tissue ( very very thin use as pay dry after bidet )

My first room the sink broke from the wall resulting in injuries, but that was quickly fixed with me being out in another room and being taken to the hospital by the owners representative to have X rays, but the second rooms air con lowest was 25 degrees and the bidet hose leaked when using it which was annoying and gross
