We had a smooth experience overall, left our luggage at 8am and went back at 4pm to check in. The room was clean and spacious too. The toilet was clean, but when you shower, sometimes it floods outside, but very manageable. Location is near Wat Mangkon MRT and near Chinatown Night Market, you can walk for like 5-10 mins. The staff are accomodating esp online, when I had lots of questions. As a first-time traveler, everything was smooth, and even during checkout, we just left the keys in a box.

Pros: mattress was comfortable, two pillows air-conditioning was cold. Shared refrigerator , shared microwave
Cons: no elevator, water dispenser usually not refilled, toilet not clean emits a certain bad smell at times.

I slept really good! The place is peaceful! Although the area is kind of secluded it's not realky scary! It's near a cheap market also!

I stayed 2 nights. The location is great for accessing the pier and discovering chinatown. The room itself is in the building on a side street so it’s quiet. The water pressure was great. The room was of a decent size.
On the downside, the AC didn’t work well, and the furniture in the room was very worn out. The bed was good though.
