Generally comfortable
Cockroach appeared in my room in the first hour, but hotel staff was nice and took care of it immediately. Didn't see any more after. Also, the water didn't get hot, so taking showers sucked. Maybe user error there, not sure.

It was a nice cozy room that I had with nice facilities and very efficient and kind and helpful staff.
The road to the property wasn’t very nice but is a small price to pay

The property is generally close to attractions and sites/malls. Room size was okkay. Near by 7/11. AC was fine. Host was very accommodating.
The actual street where the property is, is quite poor and dirty. It’s just a 1 min walk though to the main street where it’s okkay.
Some corners of the room had very small spider webs, I’m assuming this is due to the nature of area. Bedding was a bit smelly but the host changed it upon request, it looked clean maybe just the detergent is unfamiliar.
There was no fridge in the room, but in the common space downstairs.
