Great location with nice facilities, lovely and clean.

Loved the apartment once we got in. We had been directed to an agency in town to leave bags but unfortunately arrived at lunchtime and there was no one there. We had a great Taxi driver who took us back to the accommodation as we had heavy bags and you certainly could not have walked with our bags. We couldnt get in with the lockbox however to be fair to owner we didnt see it properly. The Facilities were good. Location great.

It was difficult to sleep the fans did not work very well and it was hot in the loft bedrooms. The Fans need replacing.

I don’t have much of anything positive to say.

Not as nice as it looks in photos. Bizarre layout. Poor ventilation in loft bedrooms. Ceilings below lofts are too low. A tall person can not stand up under the lofts. Can not stand up straight in full bath. The place has one full bath and one additional shower. It is not a two bathroom place as described. The lower walls in the full bath have nasty caulk and mildew. The full bath has no window and really no vent. The additional shower has mold at the ceiling and around the window. The place is renovated but not done very well. Walls marked and scuffed. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Lack of basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Not asking for much just some simple stuff to keep things clean. Surrounding area is dirty and a bit wild at night. Drunk people loitering around. Didn’t feel real comfortable.

The location was very close to everything. Trains, Buses, Tours, Supermarkets, Restaurants. Clean comfortable and very secure apartment with everything needed for a stay.

It was comfortable and homey, the kitchen was well appointed. I loved the extra space the loft provided.

For senior travelers, it would have been safer to have a railing on the stairs, especially since the toilet was on the main floor. When a property lists two bathrooms, I assumed it was two toilets, but that was not the case. There was a major mixup with check-in. The party did not show up at the appointed time. We had to call into Booking.com and eventually a lovely man appeared in place of “his colleague”. He was quite apologetic and attentive to our needs.

Overall it had been a great experience. 8/10.

As an architect/engineer you’re starting to see stuff you shouldn’t such as wall paint on doors and loose baseboards. Anyhow; a solid advise would be adding mechanical ventilation to the wet areas (the two bathrooms). This would be more comfortable for some users and would especially be a lot better for the building materials that a bathroom is made of. It can take a short while for the steam to get away now.

Disappointing

The neighborhood was creepy even though it was very near to the interest places of Lyon. The bed lines were clean and confortable.

The person who is in charge of delivering the keys was on a rush to handover the key since the day before our arrival. He keeps pressure all the time by whatsapp. If you arrive by car, there is no place to park outside the building, the streets are very narrow and the person in charge of delivering the keys was not helpful to provide useful information to unload the luggage. He was very rude, he actually mention not to steal anything from the property twice to my wife!! Once you see the front door you cannot expect any better afterward. The building is very old dirty and in bad shape. The stair as unsafe outside and inside the apartment. The lift is very small. Once in the apartment the cleanliness was deficient, every spot you look at had dust. The floor was dirty (my crawling baby ruined several pijamas on that floor), the shower had fungus and the kitchen was not properly cleaned so that some of the utensils were dirty. The rooms were not made for people talles than 1.80 m. Expect hitting yourself with a wooden beam in the middle of the night. Accessing the rooms are unsafe since the stair does not have a safety rail. The hot water was damaged or runs out so fast so we had always to take showers with cold water. Expect only one person to have a nice shower. It is not an apartment to share with your family or kids.

Le processus d'obtention des clés, vous devez vous rendre dans un magasin Casino et lui fournir un code pour récupérer les clés du logement.. code que je n'avais pas reçu. Difficile de joindre quelqu'un pour obtenir de l'aide. Une boîte à clés serait tellement plus simple. L'état de l'appartement n'est pas non plus satisfaisant, pas très clean et surtout beaucoup de dysfonctionnement La porte d'entrée était obstruée par des cartons et des portes de placard Ikeà. Dysfonctionnement des radiateurs, des prises électriques, et des luminaires. Le canapé lit est cassé, ainsi que certaines chaises. Côté salle de bain pas de chauffage ni de prise fonctionnels ! Absence de brosse wc. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour se doucher à 4. Bref... une catastrophe cet appartement.

appartamento da consigliare,è andato tutto molto bene

ambiente piccolo, in un palazzo vecchio, ma appartamento caldo e confortevole per due persone o una famiglia con 2 bambini al seguito , 2 stanze da letto ricavate da un soppalco, con tutti i conforti essenziali, forno a microonde, macchinetta del caffè,lavastoviglie, tostapane, praticamente al centro di Lione con supermercati e negozi nelle vicinanze , ben collegato con metro e altri mezzi pubblici.

l'assenza di un portaposate dopo il lavaggio degli utensili, un solo strofinaccio che consente di pulire e asciugare meglio piatti e posate e l'assenza di forchette che credo per un problema tecnico perché non si spiega il motivo.

L’appartamento ben arredato e strutturato avrebbe necessità di qualche intervento di manutenzione. In inverno con temperature basse non è possibile che funzioni solo una delle tre piastre elettriche di riscaldamento. Nonostante avessero aggiunto una piastra portatile l’appartamento è risultato freddino e si è riscaldato solo dopo la prima notte di permanenza

Bon séjour au coeur de la belle ville de Lyon

Idéalement situé (proche bar/resto et supérettes). Accès facile. Propreté parfaite et équipement complet.

Nous avons souffert de la chaleur, comme beaucoup de lyonnais. La climatisation est sous-dimensionnée.
