Perfect location for parents to walk to the cafe and for the kids to scooter up to the beach and back. The kids loved the pool and being able to walk out the gate and step on the beach for some fishing and sandcastle making.

Very comfortable house. Fantastic location.
Check in at 2pm should mean check in at 2pm without silly excuses.
Quite a sour note to have guests, including young children, who have been travelling since 6am that they cannot have the keys until well after 2pm. When you pay good money, as required, and in good faith, it is not acceptable to make implausible excuses.
