If the noise reaches 85dB or higher, we’ll be alerted, and we may review the camera footage. We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet hours and rules to avoid any disruptions.
🚫 In the Event of Non-Compliance:
We want everyone to enjoy their time here, but excessive noise or disturbances may lead to us having to cancel the remainder of your stay. We’re hopeful this won’t be necessary, but we take our community’s peace seriously.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Loved the Food from the Thai Restaurant and fish and chip shop close by. Being able to look out on the River and those amazing old trees was special. The pool was a great attraction.

The house is big and could accomodate a large family easily. It is by a beautiful river with lovely walking tracks. However, the house was quite dirty. We had a crawling small child. We had to ask to have a vacuum cleaner and then needed to clean ourselves. Although it is written up as a luxury home, basic kitchen utensils and items for coking were either missing or poor quality or broken. The property manager tried to help as best he could.

Family from Brisbane to Townsville to mark sibling's surprise 40th birthday. Nice quiet location on opposite side of river to sibling's residence.
