The staff took great considering my sons disabilities and locating my family in a cabin that kept my son safe during our stay.
The cabin walls had rips in them, the mini bar fridge leaked and soggy my food and the mini stove was pretty much rusted. Had to order food from the Cafe for the rest of my stay which was a huge inconvenience because my son had a dietary requirements and can't just eat anything.

The facilities are good, pool is nice and room was clean. There are kangaroos and cassowaries roaming around.
There is no security to the park, anyone can drive in. We had stuff stolen from the common area (apparently by a known person to the stuff) and didn’t feel safe the rest of our stay and stayed in the room, we left the day after. We reported to the stuff and I hope they will take some more security measures in the future. There is a lot of noise at night from the nearby road.
