Apartamentos Solmar 15º

A localização do alojamento é excelente com vista para a Marina e para a cidade, perfeito para famílias! A simpatia do Dr. Carlos e das meninas da receção! E dos miminhos deixados no alojamento (algumas bebidas, bolachas, café e água). Recomendo vivamente este alojamento. Tudo perfeito!

Las vistas desde la planta 15 del apartamento eran maravillosas a todo el casco antiguo de Ponta Delgada y al puerto marítimo. Excelente ubicación.

Działała tylko jedna z dwóch wind

Excellent location in the very center of the historic city with shops and cafes on the ground floor. Easy to find public parking nearby (at least now, in winter). Very spacious appartment with fantastic views from the windows and balcony. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with all essentials.

A lot, actually, which is a shame as most of the problems could have been avoided. - I had to collect the keys from a hotel 10 minutes walk away - if I wasn't on a car, that would be walking with a suitcase on cobblestones and narrow sidewalks - There was some refurbishment ongoing in appartment below, so almost every morning at 8am sharp I was woken up by sound of concrete drilling and hammering - not something you'd like on holiday - One night, possibly due to wind direction, drafty window in our bedroom was making very loud noises that didn't let me sleep - One of the bathrooms door was regularly jamming - It was generally pretty cold inside, although this is understandable - houses tend to not have heating in such climate. Good that electric radiators were provided, although only two, which would be not enough if we needed to use all three bedrooms
