Alojamento espaçoso, cozinha bem equipada, bem localizado, com zonas de estacionamento pago perto. Staff muito simpático

Necessidade de alguma manutenção no interior, paredes com bolhas de umidade, tem interruptores mas não tem iluminação. Ar condicionado dos quartos não funciona, pedimos ajuda mas não ficou resolvido.

We did enjoy our stay overall. However I had sent several messages to the property owner when we arrived to Ponta Delgada if there is a possibility of checking in earlier than 3pm since our overnight flight from Canada arrived early morning at 7am and we were all very tired. I understand that early checkin may not be possible. However, I would have liked to hear back from the owner, either « yes » or « no », but No answers. Also, prior to arrival, I had requested 2 extra pillows for my back due to a recent surgery, no answers either. Minor inconvenience: there was no wall hooks in both bathrooms to hang towels.

Clean, spacious accommodations with a well equipped kitchen. Great location. Very bright space.

Minor issues - light switches not clear. Some operate outlets across the room. Lack of Street parking.
