The property was clean, comfortable, modern, spacious and very well maintained. We enjoyed the central location with walking access to restaurants, shops and other attractions. The communication with Welcome Buddy prior to our arrival was excellent. But the communication once we arrived could have been better (see below)
No complaints or suggestions concerning the property itself.
However, the communication with Welcome Buddy once we arrived in Ponta Delgada was not good. On the night we arrived, we had some difficulty accessing the property. We sent several messages and phone calls seeking help which were not answered either that evening or the next day. On the day before we left (Monday), we had some questions about the check out process that were not answered until nine hours later. This stood in stark contrast to the rapid and excellent communication Welcome Buddy provided in the reservation and confirmation process. We think think more consistent communication while in Ponta Delgada would have improved our experience.

De tudo. Nunca estive num local onde fosse tão bem atendido. A equipa é fantástica. Super preocupada e atenta a todos os pormenores. A casa é espetacular, bem projetada, com todas as comodidades e funcional. Um conjunto de produtos regionais, uma carta de despedida colocada debaixo da porta no dia antes da saída, são pormenores mas que transformam a experiência de estar aqui ainda mais marcante. A 2 minutos a pé, na marginal, há cafés e supermercados. Conseguimos sempre lugar para estacionar (parquímetro entre as 8h e as 19h). Vou repetir e recomendar.
Não conseguimos encontrar nada que não tenhamos gostado.

O apartamento é excepcional. Tudo é perfeito, decoração, distribuição dos diferentes espaços, disponibilidade para ajudar os hóspedes. Tem tudo para umas férias perfeitas. A localização é excelente, junto à marginal e próximo de tudo.
Tudo foi perfeito, superou as nossas expectativas.
