Very comfortable accommodation, every detail was well thought through, had everything one would need for a nice and enjoyable stay in Ponta Delgada. Convenient location with garage parking, close to city center and nice restaurants.

The undercover parking in the building was great. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Location really good, walking distance to the old town and supermarket. The entrance code was convenient. No keys to bring or keep and eye on.

The pillows were not the best, either really thick and high or quite flat and low. But that's always a personal preference and not the end of the world.

Very nice modern apartment (Flat 2), downstairs living room and compact kitchenette, bright upstairs bedroom, large comfortable bed, very good internal bathroom. All very clean and well-managed. The shared courtyard is a lovely tranquil space and you have your own semi-private seating area directly outside the apartment. Digital check in was easy and convenient. On check out day we were given an extra hour’s access to the property to suit our flight departure time. We didn’t have a car so didn’t use the garage but it would be essential if you had a hire car. The street is packed with parked vehicles on one side all the time and just enough space to pass them. It’s an easy walk to all the main facilities and points of interest in town. Recommend a visit to Jose do Canto botanical garden at the top of the street, some amazing trees there.

Reception office rarely staffed so if you needed something you’d have to message and wait for reply. So many light switches you always had to try 3 before finding the one you wanted! Microwave directly above the kitchen sink at head height!

Fabulous location, very helpful sharing some great tips for festive animations in the city. Very modern, clean apartments, perfect if you’re looking to be in the centre but have a little haven behind the gate with a lovely terrace too.
