The home is ideal for families or small groups and features:
Bedrooms: Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two twin beds.
Bathroom: One full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.
Living Space: An open-plan living area with a dining table and a comfortable built-in sofa, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing.
Outdoor Oasis: A lovely private garden, perfect for soaking up the island's tranquil ambiance. Enjoy meals at the picnic table or prepare a barbecue on the grill.

6 - Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
7 - No parties or events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties or events are not permitted.
8 - Towels: White towels are for indoor bath use only—please avoid stains. Towels must remain on the property. Separate beach towels are available for rent if needed.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Short walk to market, shops, restaurants and a few sights. The half bath is off the courtyard so you need to go outside to get to it. But other than that everything we could want was there and Samuel was very quick to respond to questions or requests. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Charm City house for the first 5 days of our trip. It had perfect Azorean charm. Great location to walk around Ponta Delgada and close to a free parking lot, if you’re renting a car like we did. Samuel was very easy to reach and super accommodating when it came to early check in and late check outs. We really enjoyed the outdoor area in the back with the picnic table.

Property was good size and location was close to town but parking was difficult. Only street parking. Had to ask the owner for several things but he was very happy to accomodate. We had to ask where washer was. Outside building . Shower needed repair. No garbage bags but he brought some over. turn on hot water, shower head needed
