Heart of Old Riga

ideal location very spacious and well equipped owners accommodating

four flights of steep steps ( ok for us but maybe not ideal for everyone)

This apartment is in the very heart of Old Riga, a stone's throw from the Doma Laukums (cahedral square), yet it was peaceful. Konstantin met us outside the property to hand over the keys and show us around. The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and looked better than the photos had led us to expect. All the glazing is new and the windows opened easily. The view over the river was a lovely thing to wake up to. A food shop is located close by and there are two or three restaurants on the same street.

The front door is a little stiff. The master bedroom is a sort of alcove off the lounge with no door - fine for us but might not suit some groups. The apartment is up three flights of stairs - again no problem for us but others might find the climb difficult.

A vendégfogadás és a kapcsolattartás nagyon szívélyes volt. Gyönyörű tágas, nagyon kényelmes a lakás, fantasztikus kilátással. A lakásban minden megvolt, amire az utazónak szüksége lehet. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a fürdőszoba kádja szintén. Minden látnivaló sétatávolságra van. Ha legközelebb Rigába megyünk, megint itt szeretnénk megszállni.

L'host, gentilissimo, ci ha accolti personalmente al nostro arrivo, dandoci, con dovizia di particolari, tutte le informazioni relative all'alloggio e a Riga. La casa ha soddisfatto pienamente quelle che erano che le nostra richieste, è ben attrezzata e in una posizione centrale comodissima, l'unica piccola pecca era un'appartamento raggiungibile con tre rampe di scale senza ascensore, che però non ha diminuito il valore dello stesso. L'host, inoltre, è intervenuto prontamente per risolvere un piccolo problema che si era verificato, dimostrando una grande attenzione. Il mio giudizio è assolutamente positivo per quanto riguarda l'alloggio e la comunicazione con l'host.
