Avocado Old Town Spacious Apartment near Dome Square

Nothing - great place

The location can not be beat! Ideal spot for a base to explore Old Town. Amazing restaurants literal footsteps from the front door. The check in instructions were clear, easy to follow and even included pictures to aide your entry to the property. Ground floor apartment made for easy access with bags from the airport or after a long day of walking the city. The separation of space is also a nice feature. The 2 bedrooms are down the hallway, each with their own door and then the hallway entrance to the living space has a door as well. This was perfect while we were recovering from jet lag and everyone’s sleeping schedules were off. The apartment is modern and extremely clean. Having a washing machine was really nice and there is a large drying rack provided. The small kitchen is well appointed (there was even ground coffee and coffee filters) and the host made a special effort to make us feel special upon our arrival (for my birthday trip). On our next trip to Riga, we will go out of our way to make sure we stay here again!

Again, this property is amazing but just some things to consider. The living space has one couch that snuggly fits 3 people so for larger groups, comfortably relaxing together isn’t ideal. Plenty of seats with the dining table chairs but for lounging, we watched a movie together in the big bedroom. Definitely need the fans going in the summer months to move some air around and opening the giant beautiful windows helps as well (look out for mosquitos though)! None of these things are detrimental to the overall rating of this property. Absolutely amazing!

Suurepärane asukoht. Vanalinn, restoranid, kohvikud, baarid, väikesed toidupoed - kõik on kohe kõrval. Köögis kõik vajalik olemas, et näiteks hommikusöök ise valmistada. Parkida saab lähiümbruse tänavatel - tasuline parkimine, tasub jälgida tsoonide hinna erinevusi.

Kuna korter asub 1.korrusel ja akende tagant jalutavad inimesed mööda, siis aknaid eriti lahti hoida ei saa ning meil olid ka kogu aeg rulood ees - niisiis mingit erilist vaadet akendest ei ole.
