The rooms are conveniently located next to the beer hall, really lovely, big in size and very comfortable. The bathroom was also a great size and super clean. Breakfast was delicious, freshly made and hot! The staff were also all really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Minor but the fact there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. If you don’t manage to get a parking space on one of the side streets nearby then the carpark is a little walk away, which isn’t great in poor weather.

Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Parking on site £10 for 24hrs

The place is situated at a reasonable distance from the town. As per internet and on the outside, it looks like an old building, but on the inside, it is devoid of any character. Rooms are ok with basic hotel atmosphere and amenities. Breakfast room is nice, but that's because the events are held there. Staff was helpful.
Even though it describes itself as an old cotton mill, the rooms are quite bland with bare basic amenities. Walls are quite thin, so we could hear everyone going in and out, lifts coming up, cleaning staff etc. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well. We could also hear the music coming from the rooms, from late hours to early morning (maybe because there was a wedding reception a night before). There is no bath in the room, just basic shower. There was no battery in the TV remote, but the staff fixed it. Also not much nice walks or nature spots around so we didn't enjoy it as much as we thought we would.

The rooms were fantastic. The food was also amazing and served by lovely staff.
There was nothing to dislike. The family room was a little pricey. But nevertheless, it was a great place to stay.

Excellent location to explore Clitheroe.
Limited parking is available which costs £10 for 24 hours. However, if you are lucky there is free on street parking very close to the hotel.

The room and building were a delight to stay in. I'm a big fan of industrial history and this visit exceeded my expectations at every level.
The signage from the car park to check-in was inadequate and badly lit. However, I understand that exterior lighting in such an historic area has to be sympathetic. The parking meter was really difficult to read in the dark which was very frustrating and a drop of zone for bags would be useful. Why not employ a company with an App like Just Park or Phone and Pay which are so much easier to use?
If it had been raining, with the difficulty in finding the correct door for check-in and battling in the dark to operate the parking meter, potentially while getting wet, collectively that could have spoilt my whole experience.

Upon check in we were met with a very friendly and helpful young lady, she gave us loads of helpful information over our 2 day stay. The classic standard room was huge, I thought I had been upgraded 😳. Room was super clean, everything in there that you would need. The brewery, bars, cinema and food hall was just amazing, we could have easily not moved and ventured in to Clitheroe. We will be back very soon.
Nothing about the property but our breakfast on first day wasn’t the best. Second day was an improvement.

Great location lovely spacious rooms
Unlike previous visits the reception staff was a bit distant. No one on reception when we left so had to just leave room key and go. The beer hall closes very early surely a midnight licence would be better

Breakfast was lovely, bathroom was great apart from the constant screeching noise (presumably a boiler or pipes noise) the room was fine apart from stains on the carpet (looked like rust?)

The breakfast was very good we had the full English. The hotel was very clean and friendly staff
I think for £189 b and b it was slightly overpriced compared to other hotels I have stayed at.
The bedroom had overhead lighting which was very bright or two extremely dimly lit bedside lights. The room needed something in between possibly another lamp near the dressing table. Parking was a bit of an issue as there isn’t any with the hotel.

For the price expected more but the room was noisy could hear doors banging shut along the hallway at night and early morning. In addition the shower also was noisy but unsure why when not running.
The room felt basic for what was paid, not much different to a premier inn or travel lodge. I’d expected it have more

There was some stains on the carpet in our room and my daughters room, rooms are basic which is fine for 1 night but anymore not much hanging space for clothes.
