Amazing apartment in the heart of Gdańsk!

We were very happy with the accommodation! Great value for money. The apartment is in an excellent location – just a 5–7 minute walk to the Old Town where everything you need is close by. A large shopping center is about a 15-minute walk through the Old Town. The check-in process was fairly simple. Since we were traveling by car, having a secure parking space in the garage under the building was perfect. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped (towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shower gel/shampoo, dishwasher tablets, and cookware for making meals). Communication with the staff was fast and easy via the online platform. We were very satisfied with our stay in Gdańsk and would definitely love to come back!

Overall, we were very satisfied with everything, and pointing out anything negative would be nitpicking. That said, there are a few small things worth mentioning for future guests. The door lock was a bit tricky – it took some effort and patience to get the key in and working properly. It would also be more convenient if the city tax were included in the booking price, as leaving cash on the table felt a bit unusual. Another small point: the windows only had blackout curtains. It would be great to have lighter daytime curtains as well, since neighboring windows look directly into the apartment, which can feel a bit uncomfortable during the day. Not exactly a downside, but just something to keep in mind – the bed has a very soft mattress, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

Not proper ventilation in bathroom, moldy smell as you go in, not the best shower & only one liquid soap with pump not working. Also no good communication system with host.

The appartment is located centrally, it is a short walk to the old city. The appartment was well equipped.

I dont recall the exact phrasing, but something about sound proff appartment. That turned out not to be true at all. The family above us had children playing and screaming. The neighbours had a party with loud music and talking. I would remove the words in regards to "no noice"

no a/c, it was very hot. there was a fan there but it didn’t work. also had a hard time finding the apartment, on the booking it had one address and then on the check in instructions it stated a different address. would be good if they underlined that detail.

Its a nice apartment, close to city center and comfortable living, however I feel that it was not clean enough.

Our apartment had everything we needed. Place was comfortable and spacious, there were a lot of stuff in the kitchen to cook what ever you want, there was a mop, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and an iron, hair dryer and spinning chair in the huge balcony. Place was really prepared for all the needs, that its guest could have. Parking garage had a special place for our car, building is in a nice block, everything is newly build and there is an administration in the first floor. Surroundings does make you feel, that your car and your belongings are safe. Place is very close to the city center, we reached everything by foot and it was always a very nice walk.

It was not clean enough. I could see a lot of finger prints on the windows and cabinets. Fridge had an unpleasant smell, something was spilled inside of it and was not properly cleaned, so we had to do it ourselves. I could see dust balls next to the bed and sofa, place was vacuumed, but corners were avoided. There is a nice, spacious balcony, however the floors there are very dirty.

Disappointing

The apartments are in the City center. Comfortable economy class apartments in multi-apartment buildings. In general, quite clean, except the sink was clogged. So, we only used the shower.

The description does not meet reality - it advertises SPA zone with pool and breakfast, all of which are not included into the package. The instructions we have received a day before arrival offer to go to a nearby hotel for breakfast (and pay there, of course). Also, the SPA zone is a separate business. Spa zone and nice breakfast photos have been the main advantages why we have chosen these apartments, and it appeared none of those attributes belonged to the apartment. This should be stated clearly in the description, not the instructions that You receive after paying.

Spa facility not included in price, very small.

Excellent location and instructions explaining getting around the apt and the carpark step by step.

The impression that there would be a great spa facility with free/discount access. In fact, the spa is really tiny and free only to the neighboring hotel guests. We feel misinformed about that part.
