First rate breakfast. Amazing bed but not a 9.5

An outstanding breakfast from an extremely generous couple. The ability to park outside and location near a supermarket meant ability to dine in room. A fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle are provided together with cutlery and crockery and that is wonderful. The bed is huge and comfortable.

The decor is rather dated. There are insufficient electtic sockets so I had to put kettle on floor by door to use it. The private shower room is a little way down hall and the loo is under a slopping ceiling - not so convenient for tall men. The shower and shower room floor need better cleaning as the grout is dirty and there is mould at base of shower. The breakfast & bed is a 10 without doubt, but no way is the accommodation at 9.5 even with the benefit of appliances, cutlery & crockery in the room. And I have stayed in a lot of places in past 3 years.

Didier is a delight and welcomed us like family on our second stay with him… Hubby and I love this place with its huge oh-so-comfy bed, everything you need is in the large room .. the bathroom is big and lovely too.. and the breakfast.. well.. it’s nothing short of amazing.. perfect stay yet again.. see you in 2024 Didier.. thank you so much💞

You will not be sorry you stayed here

Didier is always smiling & extremely helpful. He goes the full mile & more. He could not possibly do anymore. Our stay was excellent as always & we will return again. Breakfast is superb as well. There is nothing not to like.

Perfect hosts. The room was very comfortable and clean with secure parking and a fantastic breakfast.

This is not a criticism of the owners they were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cheapest room we had booked came with a private bathroom but it was accessed by a communal hallway and was only a few steps away. The owners did message us about this after we had booked and offered us an upgrade for a few euros extra to an en-suite room as they had one vacant on our date. We chose not to do so as we were the only guests staying and were only staying one night but if it was fully occupied or we were booked for more days it could have been an issue for some people.

Comfortable and clean. Lovely having use of the garden in the evening and for breakfast. Very kind and friendly hosts. Secure parking.

If you need to get to Rouen it requires a 1.5km walk (or bus) to the railway station. Train takes just 20 mins though so you just need to be organised and plan carefully

Fantastic

Hosts went above and beyond to provide maximum comfort, nothing was too much trouble, room was immaculate, so so clean. The only room we had with proper air conditioning in our two week stay in France. Breakfast was just amazing. Fleur even booked the restaurant the evening before for us to eat at, it was amazing too, fabulous choice, would definitely visit again 100%

Charming, very welcoming and a breakfast to die for

Warm and very welcoming, you will instantly feel at home in the lovely and charming home of these super friendly hosts. The garden is an absolute delight, very cosy and remarkably quiet. The breakfast is delicious (and copious!). One of the rooms (with a huge kingsize bed) has a bathroom in the hallway but it is only a few steps away from the room so no nuisance whatsoever, don't let that stop you from booking it. 10/10, will surely return here.

Surprisingly superb. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, huge and very comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast.

The friendliest of hosts, amazingly large and comfortable bed (‘King Room’), good shower. the breakfast, brought to our room, was extremely generous, fresh bread, home-made jams, fruit, excellent coffee. Large supermarket a very short walk away. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

Rather out-of-the-way (but easy to find) in a fairly modern suburb of Elbeuf which is not the most exciting of towns.

We were pampered!

Very warm welcome by the friendly owners. The room was cosy, newly arranged and had all the comfort you can think of. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious from the fresh bakery goods, various cheeses, sweet spreads to the juices and a selection of fresh fruit. On top the area is very quiet and there is parking space on the property. All in all perfect, we would stay there again!

Terrific hosts and accommodations

The hosts were terrific, wanting to meet all our needs. We arrived by bicycle after a rainy day, and they were incredibly accommodating, nice, and helpful. Our room was spacious with the bonus of a microwave and table with 2 chairs. Plenty of room to work on our computers and to make dinner in our room.

We had a really lovely stay, we were welcomed so warmly and everything was perfect - the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it! If you have a car then getting to Elbeuf is very easy where you can find nice restaurants, also Rouen is not far.

Simple yet lovely stay.

Hosts were really friendly and welcoming, and despite our late arrival, they had no issue at all. The bed was enormous and super comfy. We particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and generous portions in their lovely garden. Many thanks for such a short yet lovely stay.

We highly recommend this fabulous B&B .. Our room was beautiful as was the bathroom..great shower. The bed was huge with fresh white linen and was oh so comfy..we had the best nights sleep in a long time.. then in the morning the most wonderful breakfast arrived at our door and it was fit for a king.. The owners and their son really were the friendliest hosts and if we get a chance we will stay again without hesitation. Thank you so much for making us so very welcome xx

Perfect hosts, lovely room and the best breakfast ever!

Didier greeted us, helped us park and showed us up to our room which was outstanding - from the remote controlled power blinds to the amazingly comfortable king sized bed and top quality pillows, everything was provided for our comfort. Immaculately clean. The bathroom was top quality with a power shower with a selection of jets. The ‘piece de resistance’ was the amazing breakfast served in our room, charcuterie, cheeses, croissants and pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit bowl, conserves, etc etc etc. We were even offered an omelette which we politely declined as we are not greedy! Faultless and true value for money - can’t recommend Didier’s hospitality highly enough!

Very helpful staff. In the morning they drove me to work free, which was by the way, because it was cold outside, minus 1 degree. Supermarket in 2 min out from placing. Microwave oven is available with set of dishes.
