Diakopi Villa

What can I say… what a wonderful two weeks stay in Diakopi Villa we’ve had. The hosts Alexandra and Manolis are so attentive, friendly, and thoughtful with a really generous welcome pack and ongoing kitchen and bathroom supplies. And it’s so well equipped and clean! We had three cleans in two weeks with two people for two hours, the results are immaculate. We loved the peaceful location, the jingly olive eating neighbouring goats, and the visiting cats, especially ‘Stripe’ who visited us most days of week two. The villa is in a great location to get around the island, although you definitely need a car, and the road from Skopelos is quite steep / windy if you’re not used to driving on roads like it, with the costal road to Glossa much easier. Panormos, Limnonari, and Milia were stunning beaches, each with good facilities and nice food, and gorgeous sunsets. If you’re thinking of a peaceful break with the ability to explore too, this is a great spot, so don’t hesitate to book, we were very sad to leave this lovely villa, hosts, and island.

Nothing, the only way to top this villa is to add a sea view, but we enjoyed the green countryside peace.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about Diakopi Villa. The host, Alexandra, is very informative and helpful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The pool was very welcome after a day's sightseeing. Its position high up in the hills offers some lovely views. A car is recommended.
