Lovingly restored from a traditional stone farmhouse, the villa blends authentic Greek character with modern comforts. Surrounded by nature and open landscapes, it offers privacy and relaxed outdoor living. Secluded yet convenient, Skopelos Town is just 10-min away and the nearest beach 12-min.
MAIN DESCRIPTION
Country Villa Kalimera is ideal for guests looking for a private and peaceful environment in an authentic countryside setting. The home works beautifully for romantic getaways, families traveling together, or groups of friends reconnecting.
The villa sits within a large fenced garden featuring hammocks, sunbeds, shaded dining areas, and a traditional 100-year-old outdoor BBQ. Guests can relax beneath olive, fig, almond, pomegranate, and lemon trees, with plenty of seating in both sun and shade.
For remote work or longer stays, we provide a dedicated home office setup (large desk, ergonomic chair, 4K monitor, sound system, chargers and adapters). For those who enjoy staying active, there’s also basic home workout equipment including yoga and bodyweight accessories.
The surrounding rural landscape is perfect for long walks and mountain biking. A car is essential to explore Skopelos comfortably. Skopelos Town is about 10 minutes away by car, the closest beach around 12 minutes, and many of the island’s most beautiful beaches are within a 15–20 minute drive. Nearby ancestral mountain trails also lead downhill toward town for those who enjoy walking.

INDOOR SPACE
Upon entering, you’ll immediately feel the warm, rustic character of the house. The stone-built fireplace anchors the living room, complemented by high wooden ceilings and an open loft above.
The loft is accessed via a spiral staircase and features a double bed plus direct access to a spacious sun terrace. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views toward the sea, Alonissos island, and the Stafilos valley — and some of the villa’s most memorable sunrises (Kalimera means “good morning” in Greek).
The living room offers traditional built-in sofas (which can also be used as two single beds) and opens onto the country-style kitchen with terracotta floors and blue accents. A large wooden dining table sits at the center of the space. One of the two bathrooms is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
The master bedroom includes a double bed, antique wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and a private entrance.
The house provides modern amenities while respecting its traditional style.

Sehr schönes älteres Haus mit tollem Ausblick auf Skopelos Stadt und den Hafen und das Meer. Highlight ist der Pool und die Dachterrasse.
Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich um alles gekümmert hat und uns sogar, weil wir ungeplant einen Tag früher abreisen mussten, kulanterweise eine Nacht erstattet hat. Danke Alessandro, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

L’endroit est magnifique, assez proche de la ville tout en étant au calme sur les hauteurs! Une belle terrasse, un intérieur frais et une jolie piscine entourée d’oliviers, c’était parfait!

Villa Kalimera is a really authentic house, as charming as the island. I would highlight its great outdoor areas (porch, pool, terrace). The beauty of the view and the garden is much greater than the photos.
Gabriella's and Alessandro's family were very kind and hospitable. Communication was great.
I would highly recommend this place. We are looking forward to stay in again.

As beautiful as in the pictures. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a 21-year old but still had plenty of room. Very hot but always somewhere to sit in the shade with fantastic views. Insects not a problem. Friendly black and white cat joined us for the last few days (sad to leave her!). Pool was great - large enough to swim in. Bottle of water & wine in fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Cannot fault the villa but should point out that the drive up from Skopelos is very steep with hairpin bends & requires a confident driver (not for the faint- hearted!). Loved this villa - a memorable holida.
