About this villa rental
The Villa is located at the peaceful gulf of Sklithri - Kanapitsa.
While being one of the most beautiful residences on the island, the property offers the unique advantage of access to a semi-private Beach with crystal clear blue waters and golden sand. Conveniently located on the islands main road at a distance of 4 km from the town of Skiathos and the main port of the island and 6 km from the island’s airport, the villa offers both privacy and serenity away for the island’s buzz as well as easy access to all key sites. With the bus stop being effectively outside the villa’s wall, everything is just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car. The villa’s decoration is modern vintage and of good taste with high quality furniture and its veranda breath taking view is famous across the island. Covering 250 m2 of internal floor surface, split in two levels, the property blends perfectly with the local architecture and scenery.
The house is divided in two floors and it offers:
(5) bedrooms (1 en suite)
(3) bathrooms + one WC
(2) living rooms
(2) kitchens (dish washing machine, 2 refrigerators, 2 electric kitchen)
free wifi internet access
private parking space for three (3) cars
frequent local public bus connection right outside the main entrance (bus stop #11)
outdoor BBQ with a large veranda with (3) built tables (14 persons capacity)
smart TV set 55inch and DVD player
Free satellite channels
Amazing view veranda (dining table 6 persons and bamboo salon for 8 persons)
Fire place and electrical heating system (for winter use)
air-conditions in all rooms and electrical cooler fans
The natural bay below the villa is ideal for mooring of boats.
Water ski school – Water sports available at a nearby beach at walking distance. Ask us if you want to use their services.
All linen & towels are provide, maid service once a week.

A fantastic house beautifully located with amazing views and the real highlight of a sandy beach at the bottom of the steps with some nice shade and calm, shallow water for the kids plus rocky bits to explore. Very well equipped house, beach towels provided was a nice touch and very useful as we spent most days on the beach. Conveniently located by a bus stop a short ride into town and a few minutes walk (down the main road) from a lovely beach taverna at Sklithri. The only downside to this glorious Skiathos retreat was the bit of noise from the road, but balanced out by the convenience for public transport.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Penelope, Anni and Christina were amazing to work with and all so welcoming. Really enjoyable time. Great location if you have teens as they can get into town/beaches via the bus.

Perfect location, the private beach was great, the patio and outdoor kitchen excellent, the host Christina very helpful, our whole group enjoyed our stay, we wii come back!
