The location of the apartment was great for our travels to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable.
There is only one place to eat nearby so be prepared for meals.

Eileen was lovely and even accepted that we leave our brand new mattress topper and pillows behind as we couldn't take it back on the plane with us.
The kitchenette was good with everything you need to make meals.
The heaters thankfully worked well once switched on, as it was absolutely freezing when we arrived (but Eileen did apologise, she wanted to switch them on before we arrived but unfortunately didn't arrive before our arrival in time to do so, no big problem for us, we sorted ourselves out).
The apartment was clean ! And that is a very positive point for us !
The beds were very hard, and we bought a topper to try to compensate, which didn't really work sadly, I still ended up with pain in my back that required anti inflammatory meds for a couple of days. My back is really bad though and if the mattress isn't super soft, I end up with debilitating pain all day.
The shower was barely lukewarm, and that put me off from even having a second shower on day 2.. I prefered waiting until I got back home to have nice hot water. The shower was not hot enough and with very minimal water pressure.. I was freezing when I showered the first night even with the small blow-heat on. The moisture didn't evacuate at all from the bathroom after showering, as there was no air circulation system, and the window had to be left open as requested by a sign on the wall, to mitigate this problem. Sadly it meant having very cold air constantly coming in by 2 degree temps outside..
We knew it said "farmhouse" but we didn't expect the cows' barn to be literally just in front of the apartment door (5-10 meters). The smell was awful and incredibly strong (we're not used to these strong animal smells). Had I realised this when booking, I would have chosen a different place, but that's not the owner's fault, it was just bad luck.

Good location for us as we were attending a long weekend wedding in Inch. Weather was shocking so we definitely needed to use the heater provided and this warmed the bedroom up quickly. Very comfortable beds. Key code for entry so didn't meet any staff. Kitchen well equipped. Everything was very clean. Nice towels and toiletries were provided. There's just a bedroom bathroom and kitchen, so only suitable for short stays as not really big enough to hang out but perfect for our needs.
Not enough parking available. You park outside the main house b and b but there didn't seem to be anybody supervising the way the other guests left their cars so a lot of potential spaces were taken by bad parking. We had to leave car in entrance to a field the night of the wedding which wasn't ideal as the grass was wet and muddy.
