Lovely, lovely apartment

I’ve stayed here a few times when I visit my mum & sister who are both in nursing homes in Killorglin. The apt is gorgeous, the position perfect and the view across the river is stunning. Owners are very kind. I was arriving after midnight on this recent stay & they kindly provided soya milk as I knew from previous experiences that there were no shops open at that time on the journey from Cork Airport.

Fantastic, cosy warm place with plenty of parking.

The photos when booking make it look cosy and great, when you get there you will find it’s fantastic. The room is spacious and the heating system is top class. The bar in the centre of the room is an amazing feature and enabled myself and my son to make some “pretending to work in a bar TikTok videos” . I am already thinking about when I’m coming back here again. 10/10 I miss the place already it’s that good. I noticed nice little touches by the host to make the guests stay more comfortable.

Location & quirkiness. Very spacious. We were warned about the Sunday night music which was loud but no bother. View was amazing

A cozy, clean, and unique stay with a wonderful host – we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in this cozy place in a small town and were pleasantly surprised. The bar counter in the middle of the room is absolutely amazing and creates such a unique atmosphere. Everything was spotless, warm, and comfortable, with a wonderful view from the window. The host provided clear instructions, was very attentive and kind – thank you for that! You can really feel the care for guests here. We will definitely come back!

Quirky and comfortable studio

Great stop for the start or end of the ring of kerry. The old bar turned into a kitchen was super cool and a cute touch! The washing machine wasn't mentioned on the listing but was a very welcome surprise. The place is a spacious studio and communication was great too. Thanks!

Great fun option in good location.

The room was huge and plenty of space. The kitchen bar was fun while still being functional.

Internet dropped out on us which was an annoyance. Sloping roof meant that shower wasn’t possible, bath was excellent however.

The apartment was perfect for me. It is well presented and very comfortable. The staff were brilliant and very accomodating.

Personally I would prefer a shower to a bath but the bathroom was very good.

I had a relaxing stay in a very quirky room where the original bar has been repurposed as a kitchen are - very smart :)

Great location beside the River Laune. The apartment has the benefit of a cafe downstairs where breakfast and snacks are available.

Whilst the bath was a welcome change, a shower is a default these days :)

Killorglin

Great loft space. Easy walk over the bridge and uphill to town for pubs. Peaceful.

Sofa bed wasn't comfortable for our third person. Coffee granules provided, but no milk or teabags. Realised too late to ask. Also hand held shower nozzle rather than fixed - not easy for our 2 6'4" traveller's.

The apartment was clean, well stocked, and all round amazing. The restaurant and bar below was really cosy and friendly. The people are the friendliest you could ever meet. A recommendation for anyone.

Had a great location, nice view, it was spacious, the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Stra-consigliato!

L'appartamento è ancora più bello dal vivo che in foto! Comodissimo e facilissimo da raggiungere, si è a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Killorglin (basta attraversare un ponticino) 😊 La vista dalla finestra è indimenticabile, la Cucina-Bancone è spettacolare e superfunzionale ed il letto comodissimo. Si parcheggia praticamente davanti casa. L'host molto cordiale e simpatico, è stato un peccato fermarsi così poco. Vorremmo poter mettere un voto più alto di 10 🤩

Inimitabile!

La posizione ottima, praticamente in centro a Killorglin, con una vista sul fiume indimenticabile. Si tratta di un open space ricavato all’interno di quello che era un pub: la cucina è ricavata dal bancone del pub (non mancano le spinatrici!). L’appartamento è nuovissimo ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci sono 4 posti letto, una culla, forno, microonde, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Fate un giro al ristorante al piano di sotto (sono sempre gli stessi proprietari): ottimo cibo e personale molto gentile. Attenzione: gli orari sono quelli irlandesi e alle 19 chiude!

Excellente adresse

L'appartement est à la fois spacieux et agencé d'une manière joliment surprenante, un bar faisant office de coin cuisine. L'emplacement est intéressant à plusieurs titres D'une part, au calme à proximité d'une rivière, juste au dessus du pub tenu par les sympathiques propriétaires. Smokery de saumon attenante. Un pont à traverser et on se retrouve à Killorglin. Bonne boulangerie (Jack's), excellent Fish and chips (Quinlans) et quelques autres commerces. Et puis, l'emplacement est super stratégique, permettant d'aller facilement sur Dingle, l'anneau du Kerry, et Killarney. Ajoutez à ça des hôtes bienveillants, un staff souriant... Bref .. on est bien en Irlande. Pas loin du paradis.

Peut-être deux trois choses en cuisine (pourtant assez bien équipée) Comme un couteau d'office et un éplucheur. Mas les points négatifs, il faut vraiment les chercher !

Una piacevole scoperta

Trovandoci in un tour on the road per le strade d'Irlanda, con il nostro bimbo di 4 anni. Abbiamo avuto una cancellazione improvvisa dalla struttura "Atlantic Sunset" di Portmagee, appena 24 ore prima dal check in, abbiamo provato a contattarli senza risposta. Sempre con booking abbiamo trovato un'alternativa: il top deck! Avessi saputo prima, avrei disdetto io l'altra prenotazione. Struttura pulitissima, gestori accoglienti e per bene. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione una intera mansarda, con cucina, bagno, letto matrimoniale e divano letto e ogni cosa era pulitissima. A incorniciare il tutto, l'affaccio sul fiume dove scorrevano lentamente canoe in un contesto stupendo. Ad avvalorare il punteggio, la disponibilità dei gestori nel rispedirci in Italia due giacche lasciate in un armadio, davvero soddisfatto di tutto.
