Clean, modern, excellent communication, sufficient cooking equipment, great information about the property, beautiful view, feeding the sheep

Nothing against the property at all, but as information for others, make sure you stock up before leaving Dunedin as there is only one restaurant in town and it was only serving bar food and our plans to eat at the Penguins also failed as it closed early.

She got everything ready by 12:30 pm and emailed us to say we could arrive early. Her holiday home sits right next to the farm. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by lovely sheep, which instantly lifted our spirits. The accommodation is excellently equipped with high-quality amenities, making our stay extremely comfortable. The air is fresh, and it’s close to the coast. I even hosted two livestreams here, and my friends back in China were full of praise. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to all Chinese travellers. You will be pleasantly surprised — it truly deserves its outstanding 9.7 rating! She also has two adorable cats. One is a Chinese tabby cat, very friendly and came over to visit us. Its fur is incredibly soft, just like touching a blanket!

De ligging, heerlijk rustig op een half uurtje rijden - via een prachtige weg - van Dunedin. Een schoon huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Schapen voor de deur. Het schiereiland is schitterend!! De gastvrouw is hartelijk, gezellig, zeer servicegericht maar absoluut niet opdringerig. We hebben erg genoten.

The location was perfect - a blend of country and seaside and very, very peaceful. Animals included - friendly cats and sheep in the paddock beside the deck. The apartment is spacious and more than expected, with thoughtful amenities.

Nothing we didn't like - it is about 30 minutes from the city, but very close to everything the peninsula has to offer.
