Hidden away out of the hustle & bustle of the city

Most of the kitchen utensils, pans, plates and cutlery were not clean, we had to wash everything before we could use it, the bins were full when we arrived, so we had nowhere to put our rubbish, I put them out to be emptied when we checked out. The driveway is loose gravel and rather steep, making it difficult to access the property, we only just made it up as we were driving a 2WD. the door key is kept away from the house and the ground to get to it was very soggy & muddy. One of the “ house rules” was to remove shoes before entering, trouble was there’s no where to put your shoes outside, nor a mat or anything inside to put them on - made it rather difficult especially in wet weather. There wasn’t any staple supplies in the kitchen other that tea, coffee & sugar and nothing in the bathroom other than a couple of toilet rolls, so you need to bring your own everything! Also there’s a double garage that you are not allowed to use 🤷‍♀️ and no undercover parking!
