The location is much better than central Dunedin especially if you enjoy driving up and down twisty roads. There's a great garden/hill you can also go to behind the house.
There's one undersized AC unit for the whole house. The bathroom is also quite lacking.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well provisioned. The views from the surroundings were spectacular.
It was a bit further from the main town and quite a steep road climb.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit Blick auf Schafe und Hühner. Das Schlafzimmer ist extrem gemütlich eingerichtet (das Bett sehr bequem) und das Haus generell sehr sauber. Es gibt genug Möglichkeit zum Abstellen von Gepäck, wobei auch das kleine extra Schlafzimmer hilft :) und es hat einen tollen Strand in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Am Frühstück könnte man durchaus noch etwas machen. Die frischen Eier der im Garten lebenden Hühner waren toll, die Marmelade/Erdnussbutter aus der Plastik-Portionspackung sowie das eingelegte Obst haben uns nicht so gut gefallen. Frisches Obst und ein paar hochwertigere Aufstriche würden das Frühstück besser machen. Die Küche ist gepflegt, aber bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, thought given to everything. Excellent vistas from the top of the hill.
