Great room near center of an interesting city. Room was very clean and matched the photos. Hostess met us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know. She even had some heat on in the room. Nice place to spend a couple nights on the Via Francesca.

Air-conditioning worked very well. Believe it or not, there are a lot of B&B does not have Air-conditioner in Europe. They simply did not need it up to now.

Parking but it is expected since Acque del Velino is located in the old Rieti.

The location was excellent. It was in the city but on a side street so it was nice and quiet. The owner was helpful and made us eggs for breakfast. The coffee bar meant we had the freedom to get coffee on our own schedule.

La signora che ci ha fornito le chiavi disponibile ed accogliente. Colazione all'italiana abbondante. Posizione rispetto al centro cittadino ottimale. Camera ampia con divano e letto matrimoniale comodo (a parte i cuscini scomodissimi). Bagno nuovo e pulito. wi fi gratuto. Camera calda dotata di tutti i confort necessari per un breve soggiorno.

Il parcheggio non è privato ma in aria pubblica pertanto si rischia di non trovarlo e a Rieti in quella zona sono tutti a pagamento. L'accesso all'abitazione ha una rampa di scale che ne impedisce l'eventuale acceso a disabili e/o persone con difficoltà motorie.

Pienamente soddisfatta, come da descrizione, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha saputo accogliere e consigliare nel migliore dei modi. Stanza pulitissima, colazione ricca con ampia scelta, silenzio e confort, consigliatissimo a chi vuole visitare il posto e rilassarsi nella tranquillità.
