Absolutely gorgeous property. Stunning rooms, facilities and gardens. Buffet breakfast was amazing and dining room was lovely. Poolside service and food was delicious and fast. Pool was stunning and always a great selection of daybeds. Amazing view, close walking distance along the path to plenty of wonderful food and beverage options. We had room service dinner one night on our balcony while watching the world go by and that was great too. Room was large and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in in a hotel, even while sharing with a toddler! Staff were incredible, service was fantastic. Probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in.
Only issue was sometimes the lifts were a little slow because it’s a larger hotel than most in Sanur so that might bother some people? But I’ve found that to be the case in most large hotels I’ve stayed in.
