Is it amazing the entrance, the staff very attentive, the food was tasty and looked great. Pool was big and warm. Location is ok you have good affordable restaurants on either side. The view from reception toilets are spectacular
The sun lounges cushions don’t live up to how much you pay for this hotel. They are dirty and old. They don’t provide many of them for the beach while other resorts do.

The staff are excellent. It’s the cleanest resort I’ve ever stayed in in Bali and this is my fourth time there and I have never once got sick, so that says a lot. Best breakfast you will find and the comfiest beds .
The only negative this stay was that the pool was a bit too warm. It certainly was not refreshing. I don’t mind a tepid pool but this was more like a spa this time. I did hear other people say the same. Other than that I cannot fault it.
