Prime Plaza was clean and friendly
Prime Plaza is located at the Northern End of Sanur so everything is a bit of a walk. Not too bad but that depends on the individual. There is a battery powered bus that runs up and down the Main Street which does help a lot

Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent pool. Fantastic service at both the poolside restaurant and bar, near receopt. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were very accommodating.

We booked two rooms which were connected completely of space and good value for money
Breakfasts as great and plenty of selection
Nice use of sister hotel - pool much better than this one
Location wasn’t great. The suites are in a better location for more upmarket dining and shopping generally

The food was nice, staff was friendly enough.
The fact that we had a pool access room and people will right up near our door moving the lounge chairs, smoking, this result would do much better if they had designated smoking areas.
We had a couple of cockroaches visit us in our room.
