It was close enough to the ferry port to walk. The pool was lovely.
I did not like that there were only three lifts for the entire resort. I had to walk very long corridors to find a lift to the pool or restaurant, or walk up and down three flights of stairs.

Location was great - short walk to back walk
We had pool access rooms which had bath and shower attachment only…nowhere to hang shower up so difficult to wash hair etc as bath was big and slippery! There is a lovely courtyard are at back of room which would be perfect fit outside shower?

Our stay could have been better. We were a group of 11 women. I come here every year and I was always very enthusiastic about this hotel, which is why I booked it again. However, a lot of things have changed, and unfortunately the group was not impressed with the hotel, which is a real shame.
However my most recent stay in April 2026 was disappointing. The rooms are dated, I had a room by the pool, for which you pay a bit extra, but the room felt damp and humid. The air conditioning could not really be adjusted properly and was too cold. Everywhere they seem to be renovating and upgrading the rooms, which causes some disruption. It was also quite noisy, with a lot of sound coming from the tennis and padel courts. All in all, I am no longer satisfied with this hotel, which is a shame.
The staff is still friendly, as always. The breakfast buffet is still extensive, with both Western and Asian options, including many freshly prepared dishes. Swimming pool is wonderful, restaurant is great

"Nice resort hotel. Very comfortable and convenient. Shuttle to grocery store and beach, though its 5 minute walk to beach and takes less time. Pools and pool chairs are nice for swimming and relaxing...."
