Az apartman nagyon jó helyen található, közel a Széna és a Széll Kálmán térhez. A lakás mérete nagyon impozáns a szokásos budapesti zsebkendőnyi apartmanokhoz képest.
A konyha felszereltsége nagyon gyenge, kevés edény található benne. Egynapos tartózkodáshoz elmegy, de több napra csak ennek tudatában érdemes foglalni.

Utánunk érkezett meg a takarítónő 15:15 órakor. Felborította a napirendünk második felét. Kértük,ha elmegy ne kopogjon,amikor elmegy mert a 2 éves gyermekünket altatjuk. Kopogott a gyerek felébredt és az esti alvásig nyűgös volt. A konyha lehetett volna felszereltebb, illetve a kilincseket megcsinálhatnák.
