Thank you very much. The apartment is very cozy and beautiful, and the location is absolutely perfect for tourists. However, there were several downsides.

The first and most important issue is that the listing on Booking mentioned a hairdryer and an iron — these were essential for us, and unfortunately, we couldn’t get in touch with you during our 4-day stay, as our messages were simply ignored. The faucet in the bathroom sink is broken — it still works, but it felt very unstable and we were afraid it might break completely. The shower tap is also faulty, as both the shower and the faucet run at the same time. We accidentally discovered that the oven tray was stored with the clean dishes, but it was extremely dirty — covered in old grease and some sticky residue. When I touched it by accident, it took a very long time to wash my hands clean. You do have a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment, which is great, but there wasn’t even one capsule or detergent pod provided. It would be helpful if you could leave at least one for your guests. And lastly, please try to stay in touch with your guests!

The location was excellent. You can walk over the bridge to the centre or to and from the airport bus if late at night. Not too far from the metro + Useful facilities including the washing machine and dishwasher. Useful to be given owners WhatsApp number.

The owner gave us the wrong code for the key safe but luckily answered our call, which to be fair, was in the middle of the night because our flight was delayed. The steps to the raised bed area are very awkward and not suitable for anybody, unless fit and young. Hard without a proper shower bit nice hot baths!
