La ubicación es excepcional. Si lo vas a usar solo para dormir genial
Es un bajo que las ventanas dan a la calle ( aunque es una xalke tranquila),huele un poco a humedad, la ducha no traga bien por lo que debes ir parando y esperar que drene o se sale e inundas el baño. Aunque a mi x la ubicación y el precio me ha compensado. Para abrir la puerta del portal es un poco complicado hasta que te das cuenta, hay que girar la llave y cuando escuchas un pitido empujar la puerta.

Aunque limpio, está un poco desatendido, por ejemplo de la ducha sale el agua fuera, no hay cortinas en la cocina, la decoración pésima.....
