The location and the apartment environment.

The shower and sink were partially blocked due to hair, causing water to accumulate in the shower.

Pod każdym względem idealnie. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, odpowiadał błyskawicznie - zarówno przed przyjazdem, jak i w trakcie pobytu. Wejście na kody, informacje dostępowe czytelne. Lokalizacja mieszkania fantastyczna - obrzeża Starego Miasta, przy ulicy z niewielkim ruchem samochodowym (cicho). Na Starówkę ok. 10 min. piechotą (skrótem po schodach), do supermarketu SPAR i stacji metra < 5 min. piechotą. Mieszkanie super czyste. Materac na łóżku w sypialni bardzo wygodny. Rozkład mieszkania przyjazny, umeblowanie przemyślane i sensowne. Bardzo dobre i obfite oświetlenie. Doskonała klimatyzacja/nawiew ciepłego powietrza - obsługa intuicyjna z pilotów. Wyposażenie AGD i wszelkie akcesoria zaspokoją potrzeby nawet najbardziej wybrednych. Dla osób intensywnie pracujących i posiadających dużo sprzętu elektronicznego - duży stół na granicy salonu i aneksu kuchennego oraz mnóstwo gniazdek elektrycznych we wszelkich możliwych lokalizacjach. Może to brzmi śmiesznie, ale ja jeżdżę z przedłużaczem i rozdzielaczem, bo w wielu mieszkaniach jest z tym problem. Podsumowując: szkoda, że nie mogę przyznać 11 punktów, bo to było jedno z najlepszych mieszkań, jakie kiedykolwiek wynająłem na Bookingu.

The property was fantastic. Andrew was an incredible host allowing my girlfriend and I to check in three hours earlier than the stated time. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion. Shops and Metro station are roughly 3 minute walk away. The apartment had excellent facilities all round. Could not fault it one bit. Mt girlfriend and I would 110% stay again.

The only small minor issue was that on check-out, 30 minutes before the scheduled check-out time the cleaners were knocking on the door and attempting to enter through their code on the door. I understand that they need to have the apartment ready for the next guests and that they turned it around so quickly for me when I arrived however they should respect the check-out time to the full and not try to enter while we are still occupying the property.

Location and transport is great. The room had nice interior design and pleasant atmosphere.

The cleanliness upon arrival was not great but the host was helpful to resolve the issue more or less. The flat still needs a more thorough cleaning as cobwebs and dust hanging around the corners and behind TV area. Toilet seat was also loose but wasn't a major issue. Secondly, the Wifi had more relevant issues even though the host was trying to offer help with it, regardless we still could not connect to some devices. Even if it had managed to connect, it lost connection regularly on and off.
