Regina Bed and Breakfast

Charming with great attention to details and superb location. Filippo has gone through great length to make our stay comfortable

The location of the apartment was ideally situated in one of the many piazzas which made up Tivoli town. The Villa D'Este being less than 10 minutes walk. The room was more than large enough and was air conditioned, it was spotless clean and included a free safe, tv and tea making facilities. The bathroom was modern, with an excellent power shower with endless hot water left you feeling refreshed and was spotless with NOT a trace of damp or mould. Breakfast was served fresh every day, one of us had a continental breakfast and the other scrambled eggs, ham and cheese fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices and home-made cake etc and was delicious. Filippo was extremely friendly and made us very, very welcome. He was a great source of information you need when visiting an area for the first time. He organised taxis to visit Villa Adriana (which is too far to walk, despite what Google maps says) and also to the airport at a cheaper rate that the local taxis. He booked us into a restaurant (Sibilla) which is usually fully booked up in advance and after a fantastic meal we had a surprise when the bill came as we got 10% discount because Filippo recommended us. If we were visiting Tivoli again we would not hesitate in staying at the Regina or recommending it to others

Nothing, can't think of one negative about the Regina or its host Filippo

Filippo the owner ensured we had a fantastic stay. The room was beautiful and we also loved the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect too, with all of Tivoli within walking distance

We spent the last four nights of our Italian vacation in Tivoli and I cannot say enough about this exceptional B & B. Filippo treated us like family making it hard to leave! Breakfast was exceptional (Especially the homemade lemon cake) and the room comfy. We greatly enjoyed the rooftop seating as well. Even though the B & B was perfect for us, it was Filippo who made the stay feel like home. He was always there to suggest places to eat as well as provide stories about the area. I honestly cannot wait to return.
