Our host Filippo was extremely helpful, helping us with transfers, tickets and reservations, ensuring everything went wonderfully for us to enjoy the most beautiful of what Tivoli has to offer.

Position right in the centre of beautiful Tivoli. The clean comfortable room and compact bathroom were fine for our 3 night stay. Filipo’s enthusiasm and great advice were appreciated. We were honoured to be there the day he became a father to his precious first born daughter! The market was just outside the front door of this special building. Everything is walkable. We loved Filipo’s restaurant recommendations. Villa D’Este was a huge highlight! Great way to start our Italian holiday and most importantly the coffee at breakfast was superb.
It didn’t concern us but beware there are several steps to reach the B&B. We were assisted with our luggage 👍🏼

Our stay at Regina BnB in Tivoli was simply exceptional. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the main square, where the flower and fruit market came to life each morning. Filippo’s hospitality was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make our stay effortless, sending us to wonderful local spots, including Sibella, the most romantic and delicious meal we’ve ever had in Italy. The rooftop terrace was stunning, and every detail made us feel at home. We’d return to Tivoli just to stay here again!
