Breath taking views

The view is unbelievable. The neighbors are the best! The medieval town is incredible.

The stairs leading up to the rental are difficult if you have much luggage. Parking can be an issue. Cars aren't allowed in the walled medieval city. Expect to walk a bit

We had a pleasant stay especially due to cute surrounding and friendly host

The apartment was not very clean; surfaces in the house were very dusty and there were dark hairs on several places (see pictures) Furniture is not great; not enough place to unpack clothes or cosy place to sit comfortably. Bed does not come with a regular duvet, instead a heavy blanket which is extremely dusty. It kept us sneezing for the first part of each night (we don’t have allergies). Bed is not long enough for tall people (I am 1.93m), same goes for the shower. Shower hast no thermostatic tap: continuously switches between slightly too hot and slightly too cold (cycles of about 30 seconds) The cutlery and facilities in the kitchen (like kitchen towel or clean dish washing equipment) was limited.

Τοποθεσία, αλλά δεν αρκεί...

Το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι απολύτως ακατάλληλο για διαμονή. Ελλειπής οργάνωση σε θέματα που αφορούν στην δυνατότητα διαμονής και χρήσης των στοιχειωδών ...παροχών . Σοβαρή ανεπάρκεια σε θέματα καθαριότητας. Το διαμερισμα ήταν παγωμένο οταν φτασαμε, χωρίς θέρμανση και το παράθυρο στο καθιστικό ήταν ανοιχτό. Δεν είχε πετσέτες για 2 ατομα !!! Υπήρχε μόνο ένα σετ φθαρμένες πετσέτες ( τις οποίες φυσικά δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε). Το καπάκι της λεκάνης στην τουαλέτα ήταν σπασμένο!! Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια, ούτε σαμπουάν και το μοναδικό προιόν στο μπάνιο ήταν ένα προιόν για ντους. Πάνω στον νιπτήρα βρήκαμε μια σαπουνοθήκη βρώμικη, με υπολείμματα σαπουνιού και χρησιμοποιημένα te pe. Ο μπιντές ήταν ακαθάριστος και το σιφώνι του είχε αφαιρεθεί και ήταν τοποθετημένο σε ραφι μέσα στο μπάνιο!! Ο νεροχύτης της κουζίνας ήταν βρώμικος και διάφορα οικιακα σκεύη ήταν εκτεθειμένα πάνω στον νεροχύτη και στην πιατοθήκη. Ενα χρησιμοποιημένο και πολύ βρώμικο απορροφητικό πανί που χρησιμοποιείται για καθαρισμό επιφανειών ήταν παρατημένο πάνω στον νεροχύτη. Η μηχανή του εσπρέσο ήταν βρώμικη , όλη η εξωτερική της επιφάνεια κολλούσε απο λάδι (ήταν δίπλα στην ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και προφανώς, δεν καθαριστηκε ποτε). Γενικά η κατασταση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Μας χάλασε την παραμονή της Πρωτοχρονιάς.... Κοιμηθήκαμε το βράδυ (αναγκαστικά γιατί δεν βρίσκαμε παραμονή Πρωτοχρονιά διαθέσιμο άλλο κατάλυμα ) και πρωί - πρωί φύγαμε . Ακόμα και δωρεάν να μας το διέθεταν, δεν θα μέναμε ποτέ.

Sospesi nel borgo ( vero)

appartamento nel centro di Vitorchiano, con vista spettacolare su Vitorchiano dalla parte che scende per la valle delle sculture e il Santuario. Appartamento con tutti i confort, dall asciugacapelli, alla lavatrice, accessori per la cucina, tv 4 smart, e sopratutto un letto molto comodo dove riposare alla grande. consiglio vivamente.
