affordable stay

lovely place to stay, shame we only stayed one night. room and bathroom was clean upon arrival. staff helped us rent a bike. property is near a 7/eleven and has a gym/muay thai facility next to it. didn’t use pool but looked lovely! photos online seem old as the property is much better in real life.

rooms were not soundproof, people next door had children and could hear them at 7am in the room and in the pool. also we noticed that we had no water until around 8:30 am which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for longer stays. property is quite far away from the main town but fine if you can hire a bike or get a taxi.

Overall, the impression is pleasant despite some minor downsides

Very quiet place with beautiful green territory , quite clean rooms and comfortable windows with mosquito grids, two separate places (one living room with sofa and another bedroom with bed). Pool is big with little pool for children.

very weak and old A/C. air conditioning wasn’t enough for freezing room during a day , only in evening and night. second A/C is absent in living room and kitchen - only Fan which is weak for cooling too. In the last days of vacation there were muddy water in swimming pool. I left several bags on the floor (4 bags, shopper, 2 plastic bags and one cooling bag) 3 of them were thrown out by the stuff. Sad.

The rooms need more furniture, they could easily fit a desk in there to work at.

Overall very beautiful and calm with a nice garden. Pool area is well done. Staff is nice but it is sometimes hard to communicate.

Rooms were cleaned only every third day. Location is ok if you have a scooter or a car, otherwise you are a bit far off.

Schön, aber auch schon was abgerockt

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem schön angelegten parkähnlichen Garten. Der Pool war schön, etwas kühl und erfrischend. Die Wohnungen hatten einen wäscheständer und der Insektenschutz an Fenstern und Türen dicht.

Es lag ein unterschwelliger modriger Geruch in der Luft. Mich hat er an Schimmel, den man nicht sieht erinnert. Im Bett habe ich abends oft etwas über mich krabbeln gefühlt, hatte aber keine Bisse. Wer weiß, wer da mit uns im Bett gehaust hat. Das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster und die Lüftung war kaputt. In den Schränken wohnen irgendwelche kleinen Käfer. Die Putzfrau hat aber gut und regelmäßig geputzt. Die Möbel waren schon sehr runter gewohnt.

Очень ухоженная, чистая территория. В номерах очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Бассейн не большой, но глубокий. Очень тихо, хотя недалеко от дороги. В пешей доступности 7/11
