Wont go there again

I liked breakfast. It was great.

Tried to go to sauna, but it was cold. Room was also cold. And worst - there was no hot water.

Very nice place, quiet, comfortable and with lovely breakfast.

Booked through Booking.com and everything was as promised. The room was pleasant, clean and warm (it was January). The bathroom was modern. The hotel and the restaurant buildings have a nice touch of authentic German village architecture. The breakfast was ample with a variety of choices for everyone - cereals, many salads, warm food, pastry, fruit etc. Outside there were walking trails near the river which the dog much appreciated.

The location was a bit more remote than I had originally expected but with a car that is not a big problem.

For us, it s our perfect spot to stop with kids to our final destination. Lovely and quite area with comfort and outstanding breakfast. Personal and specially the owner / responsible are super kind and helpful

Lovely location. Very quiet. You can check in later, so that helped us a lot since we arrived around 10pm. Nice and spacious room. Lovely breakfast.

Amazing location and property with small minuses

I really liked the property, location is amazing, right in the forest. Farm with ponys and some other animals. Our kids really loved the playground. Buffet breakfast was outstanding.

We wanted to check in earlier but the staff said its impossible, which can be understandable, cause we didn't send a message to the property about early check in, but I doubt that the hotel was so full, so they couldn't check us in earlier. Considering that check out is at 11, and the check in is at 15.00, they have plenty of time to clean the room and get it ready. So, we were waiting outside at the playground for our check in (almost 4 hours) with 2 kids. And also it's very inconvenient that you can't order coffee/tea from the restaurant. You have to pay for the whole buffet just to have a cup of coffee/tea.

Nice hotel in the middle of nature

The place is charming and located in the middle of the nature. Stafd was friendly and the room was a good size, including balcony and place for sitting. Brandenburg was easy to reach in a few minutes driving. Overall everything was fine, but also nothing stood out.

Too arrogant attitude to non-german speaking visitors. Do not recommend.

Breakfast was quite good. But there are many more minuses on the other hand.

The service and stuff. Arrogant communication to guests. If you do not speak German, noone will try to understand you in English. If you are travelling for work, you will not get an invoice for your stay.

Food was good, room was big and comfortable.

Not maintained, old fashioned, employees broke all corona rules! Refilled the milk from the table into the can..... the site was not maintained very well, felt like 30 years ago

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man Naturliebhaber ist.Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Also rundherum perfekt.

Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig. Aber das lässt sich sicher nicht ändern.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Wald und so kann man sofort in einer tollen Umgebung wandern gehen. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr lecker 👍🏻

Lage super, auch Bedienungen sehr freundlich, trinken super, Essen nicht sehr gut, als Feinschmecker

lage top, frühstück ok, aber nur diese billige aufgebackenen Brötchen. In Bayern haben wir das beste vom Besten zum selben Preis bekommen. Am Abend hat sich noch der ausländische Koch mit jemanden herumgestritten, das billige und tagelang aufgewärmte Büffet kann man vergessen. Bei der Buchung war a la Carte in der Speisekarte angegeben, bei unserer Ankunft heiste es nur, sorry wir haben zur Zeit nur Buffet. Wir hatten uns sehr auf ein schönes Steak oder Schnitzel gefreut. Die Zimmer waren top, keine Frage, die Lage auch sehr schön. Die Gastronomie sollte sich mehr anstrengen.
