Fantastic stay with an amazing onsen! Highly recommend Kojohama Onsen Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and by Japan standards, it was considered quite big and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest. The absolute highlight was the hot spring—the onsen is very good and completely exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax. We would definitely love to stay here again!
As a small suggestion for improvement, the room TV currently only has local channels. It would be a wonderful upgrade if they could support YouTube in the future for international guests

We had the double single to make sure the room was a good size. The beds were large and comfortable. Having a restaurant on site was very helpful as the dining options in the area are limited. One of the staff on reception was very helpful and had very good English which made it easier for us. It was a much higher level of accommodation than we expected.
The bathroom was in need of updating . The basin had a few cracks.

Location difficult to reach. Onsen open to public and therefore crowded, especially on weekends.
