Central location, clean and well maintained building, friendly staff.

The use of the onsen at the Takimotokan was a big plus. Guests at adex inn are given complimentary access to it. There's a nice bakery and cafe at adex inn that serves good coffee.
The room is not so big but there's sufficient space for us. Adex inn does not have a dedicated carpark and it can be slightly inconvenient when loading or unloading luggage.

Location is great. Room and bathroom good. Bakery nice selection of fresh daily products.
Onsen too hot to use. Parking a problem, ie non onsite.
