The hotel is located within Disneyland and offers early access to the park, which definitely helps avoid long lines for the most popular rides. It also allows returning to the room during the afternoon to rest and then go back to the park. Another clear advantage is the shuttle to the park, which runs quite frequently. However, the first time, without additional information, it was a bit tricky to find the shuttle pick-up point in Disneyland, so it’s worth checking this in advance.
The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Some buildings had a strong unpleasant sewage smell. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, so you can hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. Considering that many guests are children, this sometimes made it very difficult to sleep.
Many things in the hotel were broken. In our room, water was leaking from the siphon. The hot water supply was inconsistent, sometimes becoming too hot or cold, which made showering difficult. The room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which looked old and unclean, making it unappealing to use. Towels were poorly washed, with stains on some, making them unusable.
The windows could only be opened a few centimeters, which, combined with the unpleasant smell, made it impossible to properly ventilate the room. There was no kettle, no toiletries, no slippers, and no bathrobes in the room. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the furniture was very old. The door latch looked like it was from the 1980s and could easily trap someone inside if used incorrectly. The decor was weak and uninspiring, making the overall atmosphere disappointing.
Breakfast was also limited. Most of the food was greasy, with no porridge, fruits, or vegetables. The fruit salad smelled of the fridge and was unappetizing.

Great location close to disney, basic room but good for the night.
No lift to 3rd floor and unaware we would need to carry luggage up so many stairs. Should have requested this as access issue with one traveller having double wrist surgery and the other dispraxic it was a huge struggle

Hotel was in a great location, about a 15-20 walk away from the Disney parks! Our son was in his element. It was a comfortable stay, somewhere to put our head at night. Just a little outdated, otherwise we would recommend and stay here again.
Having no tea/coffee facilities in the room but not a deal breaker

Facilities and location
Broke my suitcase and had no compensation or recognition and it was a limited edition case from Disneyworld as I worked for Disney in Florida for a year so can’t even get it back and it was a special case

There wasnt a coffee machine/ kettle, uk plug socket etc, Compared to the cheyanne Hotel that is the same rating and very similar price it is lacking in the facilities, that they are able to provide in their other property.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Friendly staff and very helpful.
The Disney characters at the hotel.
The Starbucks.
The cost of bottled water.
This should be cheaper for families, especially in the Summer.

The location was great, a 20 minute walk to the Disney Village and both parks. Shuttles go every morning to the centre as well. The location felt very safe, clean and calm. It is part of the Disneyland hotels, so residents are granted with an extra hour on site of the park in the morning before other tourists arrive.

Was clean an cheerful
It was too far away from reception and there was no transport so we had to run with our heavy suitcases in the rain.
1.0 / 10.0
It’s close to Disneyland and has a Cars theme.
NO AIR CONDITIONING! NO AIR CONDITIONING! NO AIR CONDITIONING! The hotel looks like it’s from the 1970s. The walls and skirting boards are all damaged and peeling. The room is very small, and everything feels extremely old. The bathtub also has drainage issues. You just can’t believe a hotel like this exists under the Disney name with such poor quality.

It was very close to the parks and the transportation was efficient.
There were no elevators and no air conditioning. It was cooler outside than in our room.

Great location to access Disneyland stayed before.
This time we had no curtains in our rooms we paid £700+ for a 3night stay and had no curtains i raised this on 3 separate occasions during our stay and was given €40 gift card however I was assumed the issue would also be fixed.
The issue was not fixed I came home and wrote a letter of dissatisfaction to Disney.com who tell me there is nothing more they can do as outlined in their T&C!
I would like see see where in their T&C it states its ok to rent a room for £220+ a night and not have something as basic as curtains.
Disappointed in this very large organisation :(

location, cars theme,
Canteen did not cater for gluten free and room furnishings are a bit dated.

Location was good for parks with regular buses to the parks.
The rooms were extremely basic, for £250 a night I would have expected at least a kettle in the room. The beds were really uncomfortable and basically the two beds in each room took up about 80% of the entire room. The staff were unfriendly from front of house to the cleaners who didn't even lift their heads to say hello on a morning. I just found this extremely rude. Food was also shocking for the price of it, buffet style rubbish for 35 euro per person. Would definitely not return to this hotel.

Closeness to the park and ability to store bags until we came back to the room later. Cleaning staff were wonderful when we ran into difficulties
The hotel was nice and clean but we had come from Explorers just outside of the Disney Hotel area and have enjoyed our stay much more there. We felt there was a drop in quality e.g. towels

We had a good journey, by car and Eurotunnel. And the property we were in was within a 15 - 20 minute walk to the parks.
The bathroom door/hinge was damaged, and would not shut - the response to reporting this was slow.

Dinner was okay plenty of choice
The rooms were tired looking and so were the corridors.

Nice theming. Quiet. Walking distance to the Disney parks.
The room needed a refurb, it was quite tatty and also warm as no air con just a ceiling fan.

I have stayed at Disneyland Paris twice before, once previously at this hotel so knew what to expect. We opted for this hotel as we literally just wanted a bed for the evening, within walking distance of the park, plus the 4 year old in our party is Cars mad! I knew it would be basic but comfortable, so there were no surprises that this is what I got.
My room looked a little tired in places, grout missing from around a couple of tiles for example, paint chips in a number of places. I’m spider friendly so the couple of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling weren’t a problem.

Close to disney so its okay.
Bathtub was not clean and broken, we changed rooms and bathtub had hairs still.

Close to DL.
Outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment.
No QC in terms of housekeeping- we got there at midnight and toiletries were missing/ half empty. It felt like people had used the room during the day whilst we were at the park.

It was lovely for the children. Very close to Disneyland parks for visiting. The breakfast was really nice. Very clean with a daily room service.
The room was a bit small. It was a single room with two double beds. The TV was mostly in French and German and all the USB and HDMI inputs were disabled so we couldn't watch any of our movies.

Location was good. Use of shuttle and bag drop was very convenient for utilizing the "magic hour" at the parks. The bed was very comfy.
Food options were limited and overpriced.

Sadly my husband had a medical emergency and the manager ensured he got to the hospital safely and even checked in with me during our trip to offer support and for any updates. Fantastic service that went above and beyond.

Nice themed hotel, close to the Parks. Good transportation facilities. Friendly staff; helpful and quick to aid. Check-in was quick and we were well informed. Parking is close to your room, which is convenient. Nicely themed paths, buildings and rooms. Well outfitted in the Cars theme.
The rooms are easy accessible we spacious enough for us. A private bathroom with a sink, toilet ans bath/shower. Amenities included. All was clean and tidy.
Some things feel a bit outdated. Like for instance the bathtub (not worn out, just not of this day and age) and the phone could use an update.
We brought a bed for a small child as we could not find info if this was in the room or not. Turned out there wás one, so that is a plus but communications could've been a bit more clear.
And yes, it's Disney. But €21,- breakfast a person is not proportional to the offer.
9.0 / 10.0
- The staff we spoke to were nice.
- The breakfast had a very wide variety and it was good. The logistics of how breakfast worked was also well organised.
- We booked 2 nights from the Disney website and 1 night from booking.com and they let us stay in the same room.
- The beds and pillows were comfy (the mattress was quite firm and the pillows quite low and that's my personal preference so if you prefer extra soft mattresses and high pillows I would image that it wouldn't be as comfy for you).
- It would be great if they could upgrade from shower curtains to a glass panel.
- If they got rid of the fitted carpets the room would be cleaner.
- The bedrooms require ACs it would have been great if we could control the heat level of the room.
