Nice warm welcome, double bed comfortable, (I took my own pillow and extra blanket. )
Towel had a hole in it. Ensuite was very cramped, no butter or margerine at breakfast

Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice clean shower.
Decoration looked a bit tired, but I this is understandable at the price.

Not much, bathroom was not good.
It needs renovation!

Room was warm and bed comfortable - just about OK for a one-night stay
Breakfast very, very poor. An extremely limited refrigerated buffet, with a few choices of flavoured yoghurt, a few rather sad salad vegetables and some very poor quality luncheon meat. Facilities for toast making with bread, margarine (not even butter!), jam, honey etc. Self-service coffee and tea-making facilities with a kettle in the breakfast room. The breakfast room was very untidy and unwelcoming.
En-suite bathroom was very tired and not the cleanest, and there was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower (handwash only in the sink)

Bed was comfortable
Not much choice for breakfast and bathroom not in room, didn’t like the way I had to leave the room to go into the corridor to get to the toilet and shower, also there was no kettle in the room.

The room was comfortable enough. Parking and wifi worked very well.
I was aware the toilet facilities were across the corridor. No kettle in the room.

Location was perfect, room l was fine for the money. It’s a lovely building and good value. Rooms are basic but that’s what I’d expect for the money paid. I’d stay again.
It’s no frills, basic and you know that going in, so no complaints at all.

Arrived in the dark, hard to find with poor signage. Did not meet any staff when we arrived or in the morning. Room fairly clean, bed uncomfortable with very noisy springs. Very noisy in corridor and other rooms, Very poor continental breakfast, cheap products on show to choose from. Just ended up with a slice of toast. Juice was just very watered down cheap squash.

Location was good for what we needed
Filthy, rude staff when we did see them but no one checking people in, just keys on a table. The car park was covered in rubbish. The rooms were very run down, dirty, and mould in the bathrooms. Avoid

The room was relatively comfortable.
The breakfast needed more variety.

Breakfast was awful. It was set out in a breakfast room which was fine, clean tablecloths and a box of tissues on each table. There were fresh fruit, yoghurt, pickles, some meat, sliced bread, cereals including porridge to make. However, the strawberry yoghurt was fizzy, some dead flies were in the lidded jar of sugar. No staff available to speak to. Once the kettles were empty there was no way of refilling them, a water canister was empty. Cutlery and plates were dirty.
There was no one to contact. The food trays were left open so drying out and general lack of hygiene in the breakfast room.

Breakfast was a buffet with the usual offerings. Coffee was make your own from coffee granules. A selection of cereals, plus toast plus conserves and sides such as melon slices. The hotel is quite close to Duxford Airfield - the reason for our trip.
The approach to the hotel resembles a bomb site with rubbish everywhere. No effort made to tidy the place up. Take care with the pot holes on the drive. The room was very, very basic. One thin pillow and accompanying thin duvet. Noise from the drive/ parking area was quite intrusive during the late evening. The shower cubicle was very tight but I managed. Only spoke to a member of staff once to get the room key. No effort to interact. To charge £90 for the dubious privilege of staying there, I consider, to be far too much. Never again.

Nothing what so ever.
The carpark was full of rubbish and broken items. No health and safety what so ever.
I checked in and checked out straight away as the room and the bathroom were not cleaned. This is offered for people visiting hospital relatives. Can you imagine the bacterias you are bringing back from the hotel? This is unacceptable. No standard at all.

Location was good for a course. Price was okay. Parking good. Directions was easy check in was smooth. Had a sink inside the room where I washed my face. Small kitchenette, fridge and heater was in the room, study desk and wardrobe.
Basic facilities, bathroom was outside the room and was so dirty had fully greased dirty mat on and shower looked so bad had all limescale on, I could not shower and used the toilet with much difficulty due to the mat on floor as it was not bearable. Single bed was not very comfortable. It was looking like a dorm or student accomodation.

Parking was free
In the morning there was no water either hot or cold. The taps did not work and the toilet did not flush obviously the shower did not work. Reception was unmanned and there were no staff on site. We had to leave in the morning after having no water. The Plzce was also scruffy and dirty. The car park was also full of rubbish. This place should not be allowed to trade as a hotel.

Absolutely nothing at all
Everything, it was dirty and had a really bad smell, we saw the room which was apparently the upgraded deluxe room, we checked out 5 minutes after checking in, we honestly thought our health would suffer

The bed was comfortable and the staff nice.
The place was dirty outside and inside the window and the door was broken, The breakfast was awful cold beans, cottage cheese, olives, out of date bread and cereals that looked extremely old and stale. The wi-fi broke over night and for a considerable time during the day and the next day it went off too. There were a couple of dirty caravans and rubbish all over the outside. There was an awful lot of noise during the day due to maintenance going on.

Nothing really
Total disappointment
This room was not the one selected and offered in the advert.
Bed very uncomfortable
The hotel seemed very rundown
Owners probably trying their best but it truly
wasn’t pleasant. We were very close to moving on
and forgoing our 2nd night. But we couldn’t really
afford to throw away the money we had paid ☹️

We were booked for a Double Deluxe room which I'm sure it wasn't looking at the photos on the website before booking.
There was no kettle or toiletries in the room and the toilet only flushed occasionally. We asked to be moved for the second night and the room was a little better at least the toilet flushed. There was no staff in the Dining Room and bins were full and lots of washing up piling up. The continental breakfast was very poor and we did not eat it. There was a note on the 2 fridges about guests marking their own food with their names and their departure date which was very strange. The hotel would be more suited to a student residence or a back packers place. The Wi-fi kept going down. Without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Location
Photos on website do not reflect the reality
Breakfast room dirty, plates and dishes left overnight in filthy condition £ nights there and I refused to use the breakfast room)
Fridge in urgent need of an upgrade
Staff extremely hard to find and very poor attitude when speaking to them
No towel in the room, had to go searching for staff (which took ages)
Lift doesn't work which was problematic as I had an obvious leg injury and they put me upstairs
No tea/coffee facilities in the room
Fellow guests spoke to me about how bad the place was

Location ideal for Addenbrooke’s Hospital and on good bus route from train station
Not clean, didn’t even pull back the quilt on the bed, couldn’t use shower, someone else’s hair in there and bad smell in bathroom.
Poor quality food and drinks provided for breakfast, dining area not clean, we didn’t eat there.
Cars/vans constantly coming and going during the night, as there was other parking available at rear of property.
Only stayed as we had an early morning appointment at Addenbrooke’s Hospital then we checked out straight after.

Cheap and cheerful and the staff was nice
Lacks cleaning, noisy at night, somebody kept banging the doors all throughout the night. The pillow felt like a rock, so that didnt add to comfort. For one night, it's fine.

This accommodation below an accommodation is below an acceptable standard. It is not suitable for families. An alarm went off at midnight then there was shouting and door slamming. You could here people in the next room using the toilet, turning over on bed and the rest
I didn't like anything about it

It exists - near to Duxford Airfield, my destination.
I was totally disappointed expecting a bed and breakfast from the advertisment, but found what could be described an an asylum seekers hostel. It was dirty, rooms were VERY small, I did not see any smoke detector/alarm in my room. I didnt see any directions to fire escape (if there is one). Breakfast was DIY, with a what seemed to be a tin of hot dogs halved in two with an uncovered put of beans I guess I was supposed to microwave. There were pots of different coloured stuff - no idea what it was, so breakfast was toast! 4AM was wakened by a fight outside in car park with several people involved. At 79 years of age, I didnt feel safe and left early morning as soon as I wakened. I could not recommend this place and sad that it is allowed to use booking.com. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in better places.
