Location and the property is spacious
1) the apartment is very cold, except the bedrooms that have heating.
2) the water was freezing in the first day, but then someone came to put new gas.

The location was very central. Very touristy. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Essentials i.e toiletries and cooking ingredients like sugar, oil etc weren't adequate given the number of guests and length of stay. Could have been an oversight.

The hosts were a bit of a nightmare. First they couldn't let us into the apartment as they couldn't find the booking confirmation even though i was showing it to them,so we waited around for about 30mins outside. Then on the second day of our stay they walked in completely unannounced to take out a washing machine machine and replace it. Not a text or a phone call to let us know and then spent about an hour or two working in the apartment in the middle of the day. The bathroom door to the only bathroom didn't close properly and then handle that was on it had fallen off within the first day. The wifi log in didn't work.
