Perfect stop over

The location is great for the tunnel, a convenient stop over. The welcome was lovely, there is a pizza van open within 5 minutes walk until 9.15, great home made pizzas and red wine was a perfect start to our holiday. The breakfast was superb, brought to our room. The beds are comfortable and the area so peaceful. I can't imagine a better stay near Calais.

Great value for money in a perfect location.

the property is ideally located for staying when getting off of the tunnel, 17 minutes away, and having a rest before moving on for the holiday. Also in reverse when returning for a early next day tunnel crossing. The breakfast is perfect for a french experience....bread, rolls, french stick with jam and cheese with hot drinks and orange juice.

I cant think of anything that would stop me visiting this location as it is so close to Calais but it is far enough away to be in a quiet countryside location. Secure parking and a supermarket, with petrol fascilities, across the road.

I have stayed here a few times. It is very convenient, just 20 minutes from le shuttle. Lovely set up, spacious rooms, lovely view of the walled garden an front courtyard. Very friendly staff. The continental breakfast is spot on

Ideal place for a stopover

Perfect location , quiet with good parking . Only a few minutes walk to the supermarket , and 30minute drive to Calais. Good communication from the host. Will definitely stay here again

Great location, spacious room fully equipped.

Extremely spacious room with full equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, pots and pans) Big shower and toilet room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though we arrived late, the keys were placed somewhere safe, and a note from the owner showed us the way. The breakfast was served in the time we said in our room. Fresh croissants, milk, juice, coffee, fresh bread, and marmalde. Only 10m from Calai Eurotunnel. Definitely, we'll come back.

Everything was perfect a perfect start to our holiday and only 30mins from eurotunnel

Breakfast was brought to our room at exactly the time we requested the evening before,by our hosts and it was delicious. They are most welcoming and we will return in October. The only comment I would make , our suite was upstairs, no problem for us but of course necessary to carry bags. However I am sure our hosts would have gladly helped us. An added bonus is the property is on a farm with an excellent vending machine selling local eggs, potatoes, milk jam etc.per

Quiet, peaceful perfect for a connection for the Eurotunnel

A very quiet night sleep and rest. Perfect for an overnight much needed stop over. Edouard greeted us promptly on arrival and also provided a very fresh breakfast in the morning ( the fresh orange juice was fantastic). We will definitely book again Merci

Very good size room, clean, quiet, well equipped. Nice friendly welcome, and a very good continental breakfast delivered to our room promptly at the requested time in the morning. Would definitely use again and would recommend. Handy for an early start to calais as its only approx 15 minutes.

A fantastic find for a stay on the way into or out of Calais with a breakfast for champions!!!

What a wonderful find! Arriving at sunset to the accommodation was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious with great facilities and some lovely touches that for the price we certainly didn’t expect, teas and bottled water etc. The breakfast was amazing and far more than the 4 of us could manage. The hosts were brilliant too and couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Oh and the beds were fantastically comfortable as well!

The only downside is the proximity of the main road if facing the rear of the property but only heard as we slept with the windows wide open!

Excellent stopover for the Eurotunnel

We have stayed at La Cense Hebron on a few occasions. We have never been disappointed. We are regularly met by the host Edouard who is a nice man. He shows us to our room and asks what time for our breakfast and we are sure his English gets better each time. The breakfast is great with local bread and croissant and condiments, fresh orange and coffee and plenty of it for us. The rooms are good for an overnight stay that we have. There is a Carrefour supermarket across the road with a 24hr petrol station and pizza truck and few restaurants nearby. The rooms are always clean, neat and tidy. and the beds are comfortable. Each has its own private bathroom.
