Friendly environment, nice location in a bit of a calmer area. But still walking distance to some cool things to see like the bamboo forest
Beds were a bit creaky making a lot of noises and moving easily

Very comfortable and nice rooms, kitchen was great and met some great people.
A lot of rules to follow made the experience a bit stressful

The size of the room
Very expensive( 70 euros à night) for the bad standing , the noise and the distance from Downtown 1h by public transport. Very NOISY as closed to a boulevard with cars all the night. The old equipment, windows, bathroom,in the kitchen nothing was working, impossible to cook. The stairs to the floor of the room was so DIRTY.
