Villa Veli Vrh

Piekne miejsce,mili właściciele troszkę dalej od centrum i około 4 km do super plaży ale to zapewnia ciszę i spokój. Czysto i apartament idealny dla mojej 5cio osobowej rodziny. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia,klima ,niczego nie brakowało. Nawet pralka ,gdzie mogliśmy przepraszam swoje żeczy. Ja polecam.

The property was extremely clean, the lady taking care of the property was such a lovely person and everything that we needed was already provided at the property. We would love to come back soon! If you visit Pula, this property is perfect.

The location is around a 5-10 minute ride from the city centre, or about 45 minutes on foot. The place is super clean, it looks like they clean it for their own use - this was the thing I liked most about this place. As my room didn't have a kitchenette, there was a summer kitchen with all the necessary utilities, including a refrigerator. My room, the bathroom and the summer kitchen were all spotless. The host(ess) is helpful and there for you if you need anything. Since the room I booked faces east, there was only sun in the morning. It wasn't too hot if the blinds were drawn all day - I didn't even have to turn on the A/C most of the time. The bus stop for the city centre is right in front of the guesthouse, which is very convenient; and the bus stop when coming from the city centre is very close. The accommodation is in a good location for trips to the north, e.g. Fažana and the Brioni National Park, as it's outside the city traffic and en route to these destinations. The bus stop for the local bus to Fažana (Peroj) is on the main road less than 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. There's a lot of parking place for guests coming by car.

Just minor stuff :-), like: I could have used a small table or shelf in the room, just to place stuff I used every day (sunglasses, cosmetics, mobile phone etc.) - I used the shelves inside the wardrobe instead. The bathroom window opens onto a shared balcony and there is no shade. It would be great to have a blind or curtain inside to provide more privacy (I used a towel :-D ). Info that some might find useful: it's a house with many apartments and rooms for guests, so it might get noisy at times, especially on mornings when a group / a family is packing and leaving, and rooms are getting cleaned and vacuumed for the next guest(s). I had my earplugs for sleeping with me, so it didn't bother me much. In principle, it was peaceful from 10 PM until 7-8 AM, as expected - for late sleepers, there are earplugs. Regarding the location: Walking to the centre was fine in the mornings and evenings, but it is advisable to go by car or bus (or even ride a bicycle) during extreme heat, as there are parts of the route with no shade.
