Couldn't get a better location in Saltburn just above the beach, only steps from great restaurants, cosy pub and shops. Unobstructed view of the cliffs.
The property has been up for sale for sometime which is clear from the lack of maintenance now inside and outside of the bungalow. While this is understandable, it is also a shame for those staying as touches that, looking through old reviews, were standard. Would recommend whilst still waiting for a sale, the owners address the black mould in the shower and ensure there is enough cutlery for 6 guests.
For people who are light sleepers, there is quite alot of road noise, so ear plugs are worth packing

Location, the views, cleanliness, the space. Comfy beds. Fluffy white towels. Beautiful bathroom. Very well equipped.
Maybe the sofas in the living room could do with an upgrade. Can I suggest possibly not quite so low. The over sixties in our group struggled a little getting off them! 😆
