About this house rental
This luxurious, Adirondack style, well-equipped slopeside mid-mountain town home offers ski in/out access, shuttle service, wood burning fireplace, gas fireplace, large mountain view deck with gas grill, outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub, gourmet kitchen, high speed WiFi, SONOS, flat screen TVs and bubble hockey table for the kids (and adults too). Besides the luxury of the unit itself, the views and ski access are absolutely spectacular and will not disappoint. This is the largest floor plan offered in the Tree Top community with 4 proper bedrooms, 4 baths and a lower level den with fireplace. All just a 4-hour drive from New York City. (NO FULL SEASON RENTAL)
Each of the four bedrooms is located on its own floor, each with full bathroom providing wonderful privacy. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, double sinks, jacuzzi and stall shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bath and en suite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds and stall shower. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and its own bath with tub/shower. The bathrooms and kitchen all have granite counter tops. Lower level den with gas fireplace, flat screen TV and direct access to outdoor hot tub. Back and side decks offer magnificent mountain views. 50" Samsung LED TV in upper great room with wood burning fireplace.
Ski out to either Sun Bowl, Lot 2 shuttle, or the main Stratton Village base area and ski home for lunch, to warm up or to apres in your own living room and hot tub. If you're looking for more, Stratton Village or a very short drive away. Stratton is also just a short distance (17 miles) away from Manchester Village which boasts some of the best outlet shops in the Northeast, including J. Crew, Uggs, Kate Spade, LillyPulitzer, Ralph Lauren and many others.
The home is located mid-mountain near Sun Bowl base area offering tubing, children's snowmobiling and other great family activities.

We had a great time in this beautiful house. It was convenient and had everything we needed. The owner responded in minutes to any question. Really fun.

We are so pleased this house worked out for two families! (4 adults, 5 kids) The pictures do not do it justice. It is such a cozy and relaxing retreat and the layout is perfect for a large group. The furniture is gorgeous and as people have noted the beds are extremely comfortable. We used the hot tub and bubble hockey every day.
The ski-in access was excellent! It did take us a couple of days to figure out the best plan to get to the lifts. Tip: read the owner's suggestions thoroughly upon arrival - David has taken great care to provide all of the info needed for a great stay! The house is in a great location on the slopes. Stratton Village was still very accessible, we didn't use the shuttle, but it was great to have the option.
David, the host, was very accommodating and reachable. The house is well-stocked with all the basic needs.
I would highly recommend reserving this house for your next trip!

Just got back from our vacation to Stratton over Christmas break. This townhouse was perfect for our group which consisted of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We could all be together or apart with separate living spaces. Furnishings were comfortable and of an Adirondak style, fitting for the mountain location. Everyone loved having the hot tub (which was enjoyed while watching the New Year's Eve fireworks) and the bubble hockey game. We couldn't take advantage of the ski in/out location due to lack of snow but the shuttle worked great. Very impressed by maintenance which delivered wood and shoveled snow, even around the hot tub. It was nice having linens and towels instead of having to bring out own and even better was that they were of great quality. Loved having an area to put all of the snow gear and an outside storage locker for snowboards. This home was exactly what I would want if I were to have my own! One of the best parts of renting this townhouse was dealing with the owner who was very responsive, easy to work with and extremely nice! Can't wait to go back!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway for our family and friends. Our 2 children and 8 adults fit very comfortably and the location was fantastic. All we had to do was pop on our snowboards and ski down to the lift, plus there is a shuttle running every half hour to the base lodge. The townhouse itself was beautifully decorated, well-stocked, very clean and comfortable, and well-maintained. The owners were extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed to know to make our stay simple. We would definitely stay here again! :)
